Music is food for the soul.

Summer Valley School has two rooms for Indian Music, one in the junior section and the other in the primary section. Summer Valley School has separate rooms allocated for Indian and western music, which are situated in the academic block.

The schools have highly professional teachers to teach both styles of music to the children. Music period is added in the school curriculum and various cultural songs, prayers, shlokas, raagas are taught to the children.

A wide range of instruments like Tabla, Dholak, Tanpura, Harmonium, Longo, Drums, guitar, keyboard etc. are also taught to the children.

Music forms on integral part of the morning assembly also. There are various competitions also organised in the school, in which the children show their immense talent.
